Recipes for flea bites

1. Tea

You can use a sachet of any tea you have at home (black, green, apple, etc.). It’s very simple. Heat as if you were going to consume the infusion and place in a cup next to the sachet. Wait a few minutes, remove and allow to cool until at least room temperature.

Wet a gauze or cloth and apply over the bite with gentle movements. Cover with a bandage. Repeat this several times a day.

2. Basil plaster

Basil not only serves to flavor food, but also to reduce irritation and itchiness caused by flea bites. Wash some plant leaves and crush them with a little water. Form a paste and apply over the area. Leave about 15 minutes until it comes to room temperature. You can also leave it longer by covering it with gauze.

3. Aloe

Be sure to have an aloe vera plant at home. It is suitable for all types of wounds and skin infections, including flea bites. Aloe is a natural healing agent that will reduce itching and swelling in minutes. Also, it’s very easy to use. You only need to cut a rod or bunch horizontally – be careful with the thorns) and remove the gel.

4. Coconut Ointment

If the affected area is the back, for example, you will need to use a bathtub. The procedure is similar, but you will need more oats.

6. Honey

It is an antiseptic remedy par excellence, which can be consumed or used in another way. In this case, apply the honey over the area and let it work for 15 minutes. Then rinse with warm water.

7. Sodium Bicarbonate

In a container, place a spoonful of baking soda and another spoonful of water. Mix well to form a paste and place over chopped. After 15 minutes, rinse with cold water. You will notice how the irritation will soon be relieved.
